Did you refrigerate or freeze them a bit after you formed them? I haven't tried them yet but my niece's husband does them. I have some books on them. i keep thnking of them. Might need to add a bit more icing into them too but do need to refrigerate to set up them hard and then to melt chocolate and put the popsickle stick in the chocolate and put in less than half way and then dip the whole thing. They look good. I have heard of them eing made with brownies as well as various cakes. Did hear that to use the white chocolate with the wafers you have to mix in some Crisco. Brownies is more solid that regular cake. I think refrierating the balls once they are made is the trick.
